Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy after your clothing arrives at the shipping location.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact-trinityroot@mailbox.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be delayed and possibly not accepted. Please contact us before shipping the product back.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
